Are you a driven technical sales professional or specification sales engineer with experience in civil engineering, structural engineering, construction materials, groundworks, rebar, formwork, piling, or infrastructure solutions? Ready to work on major Data Centre, Pharma, Energy, and Marine projects across Ireland?

We’re recruiting for a globally backed innovator in the construction space who are disrupting traditional practices with a faster, cleaner, and smarter alternative. This is a chance to get in early on a game-changing solution that is set to transform how large-scale projects are delivered.

About the Role:
You’ll be working in a top-down specification sales role, engaging with Tier 1 contractors, consulting engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers to introduce a high-value, high-impact solution that slashes install times, improves sustainability, and significantly reduces site labour.

This isn’t just a product sell – it’s a consultative, value-based sale. You’ll be educating and influencing stakeholders to look beyond price per tonne and towards full lifecycle cost savings and delivery efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Background in technical/specification sales or engineering-based consultative selling
  • Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle (especially groundworks / early-phase)
  • Confident presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ideally qualified in civil or structural engineering (3rd level or above)
  • Experience giving CPDs or presenting technical solutions is a bonus
  • Contacts in Tier 1 contractors or target sectors (Data Centres, Pharma, Marine, Renewables) desirable
  • Hunter mentality – able to secure meetings, influence decisions, and close deals
