Approached by a German company in the pump / waste-water / biogas sectors to find a UK Sales Engineer, the company benefitted from the fact that Aarca only works on a small number of projects at a time until completion.

This allowed us to quickly focus and unearth the right candidates without being distracted like most agencies by the need to get more vacancies on and split our time between projects and business development.
