Completed Assignment – Thermal Technology

Once again an Executive Search project was quickly completed successfully within just a few weeks of starting the assignment. Approached at the end of July by a European Specialist in Thermal Applications to find them a UK Sales Manager, by the middle of August we had three excellent candidates and the company made an offer to their preferred choice at the start of September. So yet another company benefitted from the fact that Aarca is boutique style and only works on a small number of projects (usually one) at a time until completion.

Sometimes small is beautiful, so instead of being just one in a pool of gradually increasing hundreds of clients with a large agency, come and speak to us, where you are always our top priority.

Completed Recruitment Assignment – Pump Industry

Another headhunting project completed successfully within just a few weeks of starting the assignment. Approached by a German company in the pump / waste-water / biogas sectors to find a UK Sales Engineer, the company benefitted from the fact that Aarca only works on a small number of projects at a time until completion.

This allowed us to quickly focus and unearth the right candidates without being distracted like most agencies by the need to get more vacancies on and split our time between projects and business development.

Sole focus meant we already had a candidate shortlist available after just a week or so of starting our search, and another happy International Client offering one of the candidates the position within a few weeks.
